| William Grady Pool William Grady Pool , located in Belvidere Park, off of West Lincoln Avenue, is one of the best outdoor pools in the area. It boasts a 500,000 gallon "L" shaped pool with diving well and small slide. It is heated to an average of 82 degrees. Depth begins at 3 feet and slopes to 5 feet, with a diving well at 13 feet. A slide is located in the 5- foot area and two 1- meter boards and one 3-meter board are located in the diving well. There is a small wading pool with spray features that is just right for small children under 48 inches, with depth of 1 to 3 feet and a slide. A Fun-N-Sun area provides picnic tables, playground for young children, grassy play area and a basketball court. The concession stand has a variety of items at affordable prices. Swim breaks will be taken every hour to allow for a 10- minute adult swim. When the temperature or heat index is 90 degrees or above, we will change adult swim procedure. We will conduct a fifteen minute break, with the first 5 minutes being adult swim and the remaining 10 minutes will be an all out break. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules and to respond to an emergency. Please take note of where your children are at all times. Please Note: No outside food or drink is permitted in Grady Pool.
