 | The historic BALTIC MILL Located in Belvidere Park off of Lincoln Avenue, the Baltic Mill was originally constructed in 1845. Great care was taken to restore this building to preserve the integrity of the original design. The facility now includes displays of historical artifacts, a meeting room, a public restroom and houses the Boone County Arts Council office.
