- The Belvidere Park District has three major registration periods -
Winter/Spring program registration begins in December;
Summer program registration begins in April; and
Fall program registration begins in August.
Brochures are mailed out to all homes in Boone County.

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
- All programs have minimum and maximum enrollments and are filled on a first paid basis. *Please register early so we may determine if a class must be canceled or if we need to make arrangements to accommodate a waiting list.
- The Park District reserves the right to cancel classes and make changes in the schedule and fees when necessary.
- Participants residing outside of the Belvidere Park District's boundaries are required to pay the non-resident fee if applicable.
- You will be notified of your registration only if the program has been canceled or filled.
- The Park District strives for quality programs. If you are unsatisfied with the program please contact the Park District office at 547-5711.
- Refunds: A refund request form must be completed for a refund to be considered. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. NO REFUNDS ONCE A PROGRAM OR SESSION HAS ENDED. PLEASE NOTE OTHER REFUND POLICIES IN BROCHURE.
- The Belvidere Park District photographs and videotapes program participants. By registering for a program or involvement with an activity or event, the participant consents to use by the park district of her/his likeness in park district advertising, web site and other uses related to park district programming.
- The Belvidere Park District charges a lower fee for residents of the district because the district is supported through local property taxes. Those persons who live outside the boundaries are required to pay the non-resident fee to cover the costs of facilities, administration, insurance, etc. The district boundaries are:
North Boundary: South side of Orth Road
South boundary - U.S. Bypass 20.
West boundary - Winnebago/Boone County Line;
East boundary - Poplar Grove Road
Also included in the district are Farmington Fields, Wycliffe, Aberdeen Knolls and Oakbrook Woods's subdivisions. If you are unsure please contact the Park District office. - Residency Verification: PLEASE NOTE: With the implementation of our software and to keep operation costs down, we will be requiring, annually, residency verification in the form of a driver's license or current utility bill when you register for your first program or membership.
RESIDENT OR NON-RESIDENT
Membership - Opportunity for great savings! Belvidere Park District Annual Non-Resident Membership Policy:
To offset the cost of recreation programming, the Belvidere Park District offers an annual non-resident* membership fee of $225.00 per household. After purchase, members of the household are entitled to resident program fees. Memberships will be effective for one calendar year from the date of purchase. Any non-resident fees paid prior to the purchase of a membership will not be credited toward the membership fee.
* Non-residents refers to those who live outside the Belvidere Park District boundaries.
