PCF’s group fitness classes are designed to suit your lifestyle and level of fitness. Classes are structured to enhance your everyday activities and will strengthen your upper and lower body via exercises for cardio, back, core, arms and legs. They’ll help you choose the right program whether it’s Advanced or Beginner (low impact), with a variety of times to fit your schedule. Plus, there’s a Cardio Kick-Boxing class on Thursdays when you want to “kick it “ up a notch. Participants can attend any/all classes of their choice.
ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT RIVERS EDGE REC CENTER and are 45-60 minutes long; include warm-up, workout and stretching. Registration only at Rivers Edge Rec Center.

Is an ancient practice of physical well-being which promotes optimum health. Through the use of gentle stretching and deep breathing techniques, yoga tones muscles, increases strength and flexibility, reduces stress, improves concentration, and results in a sense of balance and peace. The atmosphere of the class is quiet and soothing. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace. Wear loose fitting clothing and bring a blanket or mat.
