PCF’s group adult fitness classes are designed to suit your lifestyle and level of fitness. Classes are structured to enhance your everyday activities and will strengthen your upper and lower body via exercises for cardio, back, core, arms and legs. They’ll help you choose the right program whether it’s Advanced or Beginner (low impact), with a variety of times to fit your schedule. Plus, there’s a Cardio Kick-Boxing class on Thursdays when you want to “kick it “ up a notch. Participants can attend any/all classes of their choice.

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT RIVERS EDGE REC CENTER and are 45-60 minutes long; include warm-up, workout and stretching. Registration only at Rivers Edge Rec Center.

EDA Classes

Classes are structured to enhance your everyday activities. For all fitness levels. Modifications are made for injuries and fitness levels. Learn how to strengthen your body from upper body to lower body. This includes cardio, back, core, arms, and legs. Class includes warm up, workout and stretching. Class is 45-60 minutes. Code: 202173-01 Classes are: MON-THU @ 5AM, 12PM &5PM, FRI @ 5AM & 12PM, SAT @ 8AM, Thursdays at 5AM are total body workout, Thursdays at 12PM and 5PM are cardio kickboxing, FEE: $80/month; will be auto deducted at the first of every month;  $55/month students.  Dates: 6/1-8/31

Low Impact Classes

No burpees, no push ups class. Low impact for all fitness levels. Classes include warm up, workout, and stretching. Low impact cardio, core and strength. Modifications are made for injuries and fitness levels. This class is for everyone! Code: 202173-02   Classes are: MON/WED/THU, 6:15AM and 4:15PMFEE: $45/month; will be auto deducted at the first of every month • Dates: 6/1-8/31

 


 

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice of physical well-being which promotes optimum health. Through the use of gentle stretching and deep breathing techniques, yoga tones muscles, increases strength and flexibility, reduces stress, improves concentration, and results in a sense of balance and peace. The atmosphere of these adult fitness class is quiet and soothing. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace. Wear loose fitting clothing and bring a blanket or mat. Co-Rec Adult Softball League

Adult Co-Rec softball league will be held at Prairie Fields Sports Park! Teams will need 5 guys and 5 girls or 6 and 6! 12 weeks of league play that will lead into 3 weeks of tournament play. All games will be officiated! Location: Prairie Fields Min/Max: 4 teams/10 teams Registration Deadline: 5/6

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball

Join us for a co-ed recreational league on Monday evenings. This is a 14 week season that will include a tournament at the end! All games are officiated. There will be no volleyball on 5/27 . Location: Rivers Edge Rec Center • Min/Max: 4 teams/10 teams • Registration Deadline: 5/29
